Terms and Conditions for Wire AI

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Welcome to Wire AI!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wire AI website at https://getwireai.com ("Website") and the services provided by Wire AI. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Wire AI

Wire AI is a hosted service for mobile apps. It personalizes and tests the in-app experiences your users move through, runs experiments across them, and reports back what it learned. You install it in your own app, and the service itself runs on our servers. It is not code you buy and download.

Wire AI is offered on monthly plans, named Free, Starter and Pro, which differ in how much of your users' journey you may test at once, how often you may file a learning report, and how many analytics events are included. The current plans, their prices and their limits are published at https://getwireai.com/pricing, and that page is the authoritative version.

Wire RN, the open-source React Native SDK that renders Wire AI surfaces inside your app, is published separately under the MIT licence. These Terms govern the hosted service. Your use of Wire RN is governed by the MIT licence that ships with it.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Wire AI in your own applications for as long as your plan is active. You may not resell Wire AI or offer it to third parties as a service of your own.

What you bring stays yours. The flows you configure, the content you write, and the data your app sends us remain yours, and we claim no ownership of them. How we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Policy at https://getwireai.com/privacy-policy.

We keep ownership of Wire AI itself, including the hosted service and the software behind it. Wire RN is the exception, and it is MIT licensed as described above.

Billing is not switched on today, so nothing is charged through this Website yet, and we tell you before anything is charged.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, and payment information, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://getwireai.com/privacy-policy.

4. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

6. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.

7. Roles

Wire AI is the provider of the Wire AI system, which we build and make available to you as a limited-risk system: it personalizes and tests in-app experiences, and it is designed for that purpose only.

You are the deployer of the Wire AI surfaces that run inside your own app. You choose which surfaces to switch on, you decide what the goal of a flow is, you control the content and the audience, and you remain responsible for how those surfaces are used with your users.

Nothing on this page or anywhere on this website is legal advice.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not deploy Wire AI surfaces in the contexts that Annex III of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) lists as high-risk. In plain language, Wire AI is not to be used for:

- employment and worker management, including recruitment, selection, promotion, task allocation, and termination decisions;
- credit scoring, or determining access to essential private and public services and benefits;
- education and vocational training, including assessment, admission, and the evaluation of learning outcomes;
- biometrics, including biometric identification, categorization, and emotion inference;
- law enforcement;
- migration, asylum, and border control;
- the administration of justice and democratic processes, including elections.

Wire AI is specified by its provider as not to be changed into a high-risk AI system. You may not adapt, configure, or integrate it so that it becomes one, and you may not instruct it to pursue any of the purposes listed above.

You also may not instruct Wire AI to target or personalize on the vulnerability classes described at https://getwireai.com/docs/what-wire-will-not-optimize-on, which sets out what Wire AI will not optimize on.

If you intend to use Wire AI in any of these contexts, do not deploy it, and contact us first at malik@getwireai.com.

For any questions or concerns regarding these Terms of Service, please contact us at malik@getwireai.com.

Thank you for using Wire AI!
