Billing basics
Analytics is free, forever. The engine is priced on how much of your users' journey you test at once, with no usage meter on experiments. This page covers the free lane, the founding cohort, the plans, and what a finished onboarding means for your activation number.
The free lane
Analytics is free to 1M events a month, forever, on any app. One command installs it. See where your users drop first at no cost, then turn on the engine when you are ready.
The founding cohort (free)
15 founder seats get the whole engine free. Not a discount, an exchange for a named case study, permission to use your activation metrics, and real feedback. 4 of 15 seats are filled. It includes:
- ·All four surfaces live in your app
- ·The AI reports: who your users are, where they drop, the wording that converts
- ·Analytics, free to 1M events a month
- ·A/B/C experiments written and run for you, no usage meter
- ·A 30-minute founder install call
The plans: Free, Starter, Pro
After the cohort, three plans. Free is €0 forever and keeps 5 variants live on onboarding, with a learning report every two weeks. Starter is €49 a month for 10 variants across two surfaces and a report a week. Pro is €149 for 20 variants across the whole journey, reports on demand, and 3 apps. Every plan carries the AI reports and analytics, and none of them meters experiments. The full table lives on the pricing page.
Nothing is charging yet.
Billing is not switched on. Early adopters get Starter free and 40% off Pro, and the founding cohort runs on the whole engine at no cost. If you hold a founding seat, your pricing is agreed with you directly before anything is charged.
What a finished onboarding is
A finished onboarding is one where the user completes the onboarding flow. The SDK completion event fires (the wire_onboarding_* funnel completion event, surfaced in your onComplete handler). It is binary, it is SDK-defined, and it is visible in your dashboard funnel.
Only finished onboardings count toward activation, never drop-offs, retries, or partial sessions. That is the number the guarantee is measured against.
